ππ History came to life in Ms. Perryβs 6th grade Social Studies class!
Our 6th grade Hornets participated in an interactive Gallery Walk, examining artifacts and answering questions about how they impacted early humans and their environment. πΊπΊοΈ
Students have been digging into fossil evidence of early humans, exploring where fossils have been discovered, why early human history began in Africa, and tracing migration routes on maps they created. After the gallery walk, students returned to their desks to tackle a compelling questionβHow do the tools and technology used by early humans compare to the technology we use today? π€π‘
We love seeing our Hornets moving, exploring, questioning, and making connections between the past and the present! πππ€
