I will never understand how governing sports bodies like the USATF can prevent an individual from pursuing their dream when their sports is has objective and quantitative metrics to quantify and they clearly achieved the mark.

This was an excellent event for an even better cause. It was an honor to participate.

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported Sheriff Rocky Holcomb’s inaugural Turkey Bowl at Kempsville High School today. Team Public Safety beat Team Education in a close game, 20 to 14, but we are all winners because more than $3,700 was raised for the Virginia Beach Education Foundation’s Beach Bags program feeding food insecure students on the weekends and during school breaks. Thank you, as well, to Virginia Beach Police Department, VB Rescue - Volunteer EMS Squads and VBSchools for being awesome partners on and off the field!! We are excited for next year, so stay tuned! 🦃🏈💰🍎

In 1995 I owned and coached a semi-pro football team called the Hampton Roads Sharks. We were guests at Bob McDonnells Annual Pigskin Dinner and got to talk with then Governor George Allen. These were two of my players Rodney L. Baylor Sr. and Darrell Nimmo.

Great to see our Lt. Governor Winsome Sears at the Municipal Center. She was there in support of Kevin Adams. We voted early today for Kevin Adams for the Virginia Senate. He is a veteran, a family man with nine children, and a small businessman. He has impeccable integrity and I wholeheartedly endorse him.🇺🇸⚓❤

Just got off the phone with Governor Glenn Youngkin. He thanked me for all the work I'm doing to help Kevin Adams get elected to the State Senate! Tammy Morgan and myself will be meeting the Governor at the Municipal Center today at 130pm to early vote. Come on out and join us!😀👍
