Mrs. Rose Talbott is truly a gem in our Virginia Beach 4-H program! 🩵🍀

Mrs. Rose and her family have been part of Virginia Beach 4-H for many years, and for more than 35 years, she has humbly dedicated her time, heart, and passion to serving generations of youth through 4-H. Her kindness, leadership, and commitment to our community have made a lasting impact on so many young people and families.

During this year’s National Volunteer Week, Mrs. Rose was presented with the 2026 Wayne D. McCoy Spirit of Virginia Beach Award💐!

This recognition is so well deserved, and we are incredibly grateful for all she has done and continues to do for Virginia Beach 4-H.

What an AMAZING weekend at the Oceanfront🌅!
April 25 & 26, Virginia Beach 4-H had a blast participating in the annual VA Beach Bulls and Barrels Beach Rodeo! 🌊🐂

From animals and hands-on activities to crafts, games, and community engagement, our youth and volunteers did an amazing job representing 4-H and connecting with the public. 🎨💚🍀

A huge thank you to the organizers for inviting us out once again, and thank you to our incredible clubs, volunteers, parents, and members who helped make the weekend such a success❤️🤠:
