Sunday marks seven years since the tragedy on our Municipal Campus, and we continue to honor and forever remember those we lost, those seriously injured, survivors and all those who carry the scars of that day.
The 5/31 Remembrance Ceremony starts at 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 31, at the memorial site near Building 30, 2508 Princess Anne Road. The 5/31 Memorial will officially be unveiled. The event is free and open to the public. It will be livestreamed online at VirginiaBeach.gov/media and on Virginia Beach City Government's page.
