IMPORTANT NEWS: In order to help flatten the curve associated with the spread of COVID-19, our office will be closed to the public starting Monday, March 23rd until further notice. We will be staffing the office, so if you need something that can’t be handled via email or phone, please arrange an appointment.

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)

CFM is committed to the health and safety of our employees and communities. During this time of concern regarding COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions to avoid exposure:

• We are sanitizing high tactile surfaces on a daily basis and have established a six-foot buffer, no hand-shake zone at the office.
• We encourage payments to be made online, but if you need to bring by a payment, it can be dropped through the mail slot in our office door.
• The decision to hold a Board or Annual Meeting is at the discretion of your Board of Directors. Should meetings be held in our office, teleconferencing will be available, per the requirements of State Code.
• As always, the quickest (and now most hygienic) way to reach our staff is via email. If you don’t know a person’s email address, please email [email protected], and your message will be forwarded to the appropriate person.

Should you need additional information about the virus, please visit https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html. We encourage everyone to take the advice of health professionals and exercise best practices to minimize the spread of this illness. Even though this can be a time of stress and anxiety, we ask for your patience, understanding, and empathy. This is a global event that will require a global response. Let’s start locally with keeping our neighbors’ well-being foremost in our minds.

The current forecast is for snow in the area and they are anticipating anywhere from 1-3 inches of snow overnight. The amount of accumulation will determine which snow treatment services (if any) your Board of Directors chooses to select. In the event of an emergency, your first call should be to local emergency services. If you need to reach the CFM on-call manager to report property damage after office hours, please call 757-270-7502 and leave a message. They will return your call as soon as possible. There is the possibility that our office will be closed Friday due to the snow, so we appreciate your patience during that time. Please stay off the roads tonight and tomorrow as much as possible, and stay safe and warm!
