have experienced the gains and losses, the successes and failures, the laughter and tears of life are the lives we serve. Age Advantage specializes in meeting the needs of older adults by providing affordable, comprehensive, non-medical care in the comforts of home. Services may include:
•Meals, medication reminders light housekeeping, laundry
•Escort to Doctor’s appointments/beauty salon, errands, shopping
•Minimal safety supervision to full care assistance
•From 4 to 24 hours per day 2 to 7 days a week. Over the years, Age Advantage has built a reputation for quality service and dependable care. We are known for being detailed and involved. As a 20 year Navy veteran, I spent my entire Naval career in the military healthcare system. My passion for caring continued into my second career with the Bon Secours Health System, the largest Catholic Health System in Virginia. Decades of management and customer service experience have prepared me well to continue this journey of service and sharing of God’s gift to our fellow man. My family and I are most grateful to my sister’s family for facing the challenges of taking care of my 86 year old mother; Doctor’s appointments, numerous post-operative rehabilitation, personal care and basic homemaker needs. Additionally, living with my mother-in-law for over 13 years when my father-in-law passed on, strengthened my desire to continue to serve seniors, the elderly, and their families. I am also grateful to my entire family for their loving care and support of our journey. Age Advantage Senior Care Services of Virginia Beach is entirely committed to finding the best options in keeping your loved ones at home or at the facility of residence by thoroughly selecting, screening, and hiring experienced, compassionate caregivers who possess a strong desire to assist seniors with activities of daily living and homemaker chores. “Graceful aging is our mission; serving our fellow man is our calling”.
