Winter season is among us and we need your help! ❄️⛄Would you be interested in hosting a Winter Coat Drive at your business, or in your neighborhood? Then keep reading!

We're looking to collect new and very gently used winter coats for youth and young adults in foster care (sizes Newborn to Adult 3XL) as well as winter hats/beanies + mittens/gloves! 🧤🧥

Donations/drives should be dropped off at our office location by October 1st. If you would like to host a drive, or have questions, give us a call at 757-337-2657. Thank you, and please share!💜

Happy Back to School! ✏🖍📔 Another Back to School Bash in the books at Everheld 💜

Thank you, thank you, thank you to all of our donors, supporters, volunteers, and community who were involved in helping make our foster youth's school year a success! 🥳

Thank you to Crosby with Little Neck Community Betterment for collecting 400 backpacks - he had a goal, and he crushed it! 🎒💥Thank you and Heirloom Restaurant Va Beach for the constant support. We have an amazing community, and thanks to our Agents - Ralph Rios, John Fagan, John Warren, Anthony Ciambrone, Keith Dorband, and Rick Barbosa - for coming out and serving our foster youth!

We had a collection of supply drives come in thanks to: St. John The Apostle Catholic Church Virginia Beach , Church of the Holy Family, Bishop Sullivan Catholic School, Wycliffe Presbyterian Church, Signature Seasonings, Senior Resource Center, United Women in Christ, and St. Gregory The Great Catholic School. And, thanks to our individual donors: Ray West, Jennifer McNeil, Kelly Prit, Laura Sockman, Wayne Lombardo, Susan Martin, and Lindsay Glass.

Join our team! We are currently hiring for a Part-time Case Manager.

This position is starting at 30 hours per week, and will eventually transition to full-time closer to a year. Some duties include, but are not limited to: case managing young adults transitioning out of foster care on a housing voucher, locate different housing options, assist with voucher process with client, managing clients' short and long term goals.

We hope our Foster Parents had a relaxing time at our Foster Parent Wellness event! ✨

The Healing Loft VB hosted this wonderful event, and it couldn't have been a more perfect place! 🧘‍♀️ Waves of Change Coalition Sound Healing & Psychotherapy provided a sound healing session while gave amazing chair massages. Kelly O'Brien created calming essential oils scents, and / donated healthy dinner options! 🥗🍓🫐🍴

Thank you for being a part of a special moment with our foster parents, especially so they could enjoy a night off! 🥳💜

Thank you to our Board Member, Betsy Niedziejko, for introducing Everheld to the LEAD Hampton Roads 757 Group of the Hampton Roads Chamber! 💙 The group organized our first coat drive at this Chamber meeting, and successfully collected 50 coats to kick off the winter season ⛄🥳
