Coastal Virginia Young Republicans - CVYR

Coastal Virginia Young Republicans - CVYR Official Account for the Coastal Virginia Young Republicans. Formerly the VB Young Republicans.

The Coastal Virginia Young Republicans (COVA YRs) are all about two things.

1. Making sure that Republican Nominees for elected office, win (and win big).
2. Creating and maintaining a strong network of Young Conservatives that goes beyond race, religion, sexual orientation, or anything else that makes us seem different on the surface. To make sure that we have a strong and vibrant community we will...

* Campaign for Republican Nominees for elected office.
* Have Social Meetings where we can conduct business, make friends, and hopefully do both.
* Engage in Community Service as a group.
* Work to educate others on what it actually means to be a Republican.
* Fundraise to make sure that we can do all the things we want to do. Whether you're looking to get involved in professional politics, or just want to network with young professionals, we hope that you'll find a home with the Coastal Virginia Young Republicans. If you'd like to join or get more involved, do not hesitate to contact us.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Delegate Barry Knight and extend our sincerest condolences to Delegate Knight’s family, friends, and all who had the privilege of serving alongside him.

Delegate Knight was a steadfast supporter of the Young Republicans and played a meaningful role in helping rebuild and strengthen our organization here in Virginia Beach. His encouragement and guidance meant a great deal to our members.

Please join us in lifting up his family in prayer during this difficult time.
