The countdown to the last day of school is ON! ⏳

Can you believe how quickly this year has gone by? From the first day drop-offs to now, this community has shown up in the best way possible.

Let's finish strong, Chiefs! Let's soak up these final days, cheer on our students, and celebrate everything they've accomplished this year. 🎉

Important: Bus registration for 2026-2027 is open‼️ If your child needs school bus transportation next year, you need to register in ParentVUE by June 15, 2026.

𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞'𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰:
🚌 Only registered students will be assigned a bus + bus stop. If you don't register, there may be no bus service for your family next year.
🚌 After 6/15, bus information in ParentVUE will be locked so routes + schedules can be finalized.

𝐀 𝐟𝐞𝐰 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
🚌 Daycare transportation — Contact your child's 2026-2027 school by 7/1 with the daycare name + address. Service is only available for in-zone providers.
🚌 Special needs transportation — Registration is handled directly by your child's 2026-2027 school, in coordination with your family and your child's IEP team. Reach out to the school before 7/1.

Log in to ParentVUE for each of your students + complete registration as soon as possible. Questions or need help? Call the main office at (757) 648-2040.

We are finishing Teacher Appreciation Week strong with Fueled Up Friday! 🍩☕

It is the final day of our week-long celebration, and we want to make sure our Arrowhead Elementary staff has the energy they need. A huge thank you to the SCA for providing a delicious spread of donuts this morning! We also want to send a special "thanks a latte" to our generous local Starbucks for their coffee donation.

These sweet treats + caffeine boosts perfectly fuel our incredible educators. You pour endless energy into our students every single day, and we love getting the chance to fill your cups.

Welcome to Thankful Thursday, day 4️⃣ of our Arrowhead PTA Teacher Appreciation Week ✨

Yesterday was all about showing our staff exactly how much they mean to our school community. To add a little extra thrill to the day, we hosted a special raffle packed with fun prizes just for our teachers!

Our educators pour endless time, energy, and care into our students. We are deeply thankful for everything you do to make Arrowhead Elementary such a special place to learn + grow. You are the real MVPs of our school!

Sip, sip, hooray! Our teachers are soda-lightful🥤✨

For day three of Teacher Appreciation Week, the Arrowhead PTA treated our amazing staff to a custom “Dirty Soda” bar. We set up a fun mixing station loaded with sodas and flavored syrups to give our hardworking educators a sweet pop of energy to power through the week.

We love finding unique ways to say thank you to the people who pour so much into our students every day.

Just like these custom drinks, our educators are truly one of a kind.
