Constructionman Browning demonstrated exceptional knowledge, meticulous organization, and keen attention to detail in correcting 35 discrepancies for Camp Maintenance by replacing 235 ceiling tiles, two air conditioning units, eight sets of blinds, five dry erase boards, and maintaining 3,000 sq ft of landscape. Additionally, he conducted Bi-Monthly inventories of 665 shelf tools assigned to Camp Maintenance. His ability to efficiently correct issues on the compound and manage $8K in tools, resulted in an improved workspace for all personnel assigned to Construction Battalion Maintenance Unit Two Zero Two. Constructionman Browning’s superb professionalism, personal initiative, and loyal dedication to duty reflected credit upon him, this command, and the United States Naval Service.

Petty Officer Orndoff demonstrated exceptional knowledge, meticulous organization, and keen attention to detail while effectively leading the training and employment of 36 Seabees in his Platoon and 12 Seabees in the completion of the Applied Instructional Facility Project, valued at $1.3M. Additionally, as Assistant Command Fitness Leader, he implemented a robust fitness program in spite of unprecedented challenges in the face of a global pandemic.
