Stiletto Maritime Demonstration Program

Stiletto Maritime Demonstration Program Stiletto is a tool for industry, government, and academic organizations to demonstrate emerging capabilities & technologies.

Stiletto is an experimental, all carbon fiber craft originally built to explore the scalability of non-mechanical dynamic lift, composite carbon fiber construction, and high-speed performance for military operations. Designed by Naval Architect company, M Ship Company, LLC and built by Knight and Carver. The craft is 88 ft 6 in long and has a beam of 40 ft 5 in. The draft to keel (full load) is 2 ft 5 in. There are 4 Caterpillar C32 engines and Arneson ASD-14 drives on the craft. The payload area is 1,996 square ft. A full load capacity, including crew, is 13 persons.

Mission: The craft is a tool for industry, government, and academic organizations to install and prove their systems in a difficult military maritime environment. This is an opportunity to learn and improve systems as they function in a stressful environment while underway at-sea. Additionally, the warfighter may attend the demonstration to learn about the mission capability your system provides.
