Our Story
We are located in Tulare County, California. We serve students in grades TK-12 with a current enrollment of 265. Our school offers a variety of opportunities for the homeschooling family. We value parents as the primary teacher, and offer support from fully credentialed teachers through monthly meetings, curriculum recommendations, parent workshops on a variety of topics, and our beloved community of homeschooling families just like you.
Students have a chance to make friends and learn from our credentialed teachers throughout the year in our enrichment classes. Our current schedule for TK-6th graders includes art, science, gardening, PE, LEGO Challenge, wood shop, music, drama, soccer, and board games. Most families of K-6 students take advantage of these optional classes. Many parents stay on campus while their children are in class and peruse the abundant resources in our free lending library, or build their own community of like-minded parents.
Our middle school and high school students have the opportunity to take both support and enrichment classes. High school support classes include English, history, science and math twice a week, taught by single subject credentialed teachers. Students have in class work and homework. Though not required, many parents appreciate the guidance these classes and teachers offer. Sixth through twelfth grade students can also take art, sewing, leadership, landscaping, PE, archery, RC airplanes, fencing, drama, music, wood shop, project based learning and community service based classes.
Check out our photo albums to see some examples of our wonderful field trips, camp-outs, fun days at school, community service projects, and even our students’ recent trips around the world including Dominica and Paris.
