It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Mother Nancy Carol Berry.

Nancy Berry 78 was born in Mountain View Arkansas, March 31, 1943, Daughter of Bertha and Lawrence Aslin and a sister to Joyce and Lonnie Aslin. Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 55 years Joseph F. Berry.

Nancy had a skill for running businesses and became very successful in doing so, from owning hotels in Pismo Beach, to restaurants and commercial businesses in Visalia. Nancy and her
Husband Joe had a love and passion for horses, and they traveled across the country every year with world champions and their family in tow. Nancy was proud to see her hard work come to fruition, and it gave her great joy to work and live on Lazy JN Ranch.

Nancy was a loving mother and cherished by her 5 children, Carol DeArman, Kimberly Brosseau, Joseph Berry, Ramsey Berry, and she is preceded in death by her loving daughter Sheri Cogburn, Grandsons Mark Cogburn, C**t Berry, Parents Bertha and Lawrence Aslin and Brother Lonnie. Nancy will be missed by her Grandchildren, Andrea, Megan, Matthew, Sara, Lauren, Joel, Joseph, Kelsey, Braden, Chloe, and Karley.

Viewing will be held 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM Tuesday, November 23rd, 2021 at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel, 127 E. Caldwell Ave., Visalia. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Wednesday, November 24th, 2021 at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel. Graveside services will be held 12:00 PM Wednesday, November 24th, 2021 at Visalia District Cemetery, 1300 W Goshen Ave, Visalia.

A Celebration of life for our Daughter Sheri Berry Cogburn will be held next week. I have added the information below. Please join us as we share her life and the appreciation for all of the blessings she brought to our family ❤️ We are planning a gathering following the graveside service and will post an update once we have the arrangements made.

Visitation will be held 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM Tuesday, September 28th, 2021 at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel, 127 E. Caldwell Ave., Visalia. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Wednesday, September 29th, 2021 at Gateway Church of Visalia, 1100 S Sowell St, Visalia. Graveside services will be held 12:00 PM Wednesday, September 29th, 2021 at Visalia District Cemetery, 1300 W Goshen Ave, Visalia.

It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of our beloved Sister Sheri Berry Cogburn. We are blessed and greatful for the outpouring of love and prayers from all of you. We are receiving all of your messages but at this time are unable to respond and request that you keep us in your prayers. We will announce her celebration of life as soon as we have the information.
