Thank you Councilwoman Kelly Palmer for recommending that the Waco City Council consider a resolution that would deprioritize the criminalization of abortion in Waco!

Further thanks goes to Pro-Choice Waco for showing up to protest and provide valuable testimony. With the overturning of Roe, we need to create community around the issue of reproductive justice, educate the public, and advance this cause at the ballot box.

Pro-Choice Waco (PCW) is doing exactly that. Pro-Choice Waco is a pro-choice community seeking to advance the equal rights and personhood of all pregnant people including the most likely to be targeted for arrest, detention, and blame in Waco, Texas.
