2 BIG THINGS 👇

1. PICKLEBALL + MARIO KART TOURNAMENT 🎾🎮 Two tournaments. One night. Pickleball on the floor, Mario Kart on the big screens. Sunday, May 31 at 6:30PM in the Life Center at Highland. Register as a duo for $20 per team. Can’t play? Come hang out, grab some snacks, and cheer people on. All proceeds go to HSM’s Dominican Republic mission trip. 🇩🇴 Sign up at the link in bio!

2. KAIROS EARLY BIRD CLOSES SUNDAY NIGHT 🏕️⏰ Early bird registration for KAIROS student camp closes Sunday at midnight. If you’ve been putting it off, now is the time! Sign up before the price goes up. Link in bio.

This past Sunday, we got to celebrate our incredible group of seniors and all the ways they have impacted our ministry over the years! Their leadership, joy, and love for others has left a mark on HSM that will never be forgotten. We are so proud of each of our seniors and can’t wait to see how God continues to use them in this next season!

We’re kicking off a brand new series through the book of Jude all summer long. We’ll talk about standing firm in your faith, obedience, grace, truth, and what it looks like to follow Jesus when culture pulls the other way.

Big news for HSM & Highland 🎉🙌 Join us as we welcome Josh Green as our new Middle School Minister!!!

Josh comes to Highland after 3 years serving at Pine Cove Ranch, where he faithfully led middle school camp ministry with Christlike character, strong leadership, and a deep love for God’s Word.

Josh and his wife Claire are moving to Waco this weekend, and we truly believe the Lord has made it clear that this is the right fit for HSM and for our families!

Please join us in praying for a smooth move and transition for Josh + Claire!

Be sure to say hello if you see them this Sunday. We can’t wait to see how God uses Josh to help middle school students know God more and enjoy Him more!!

Happy Easter, HSM Family!!

On this day thousands of years ago, Jesus rose from the grave and conquered death! Because of that, we get to live in true freedom. Every Resurrection Sunday, our senior class leads Student Connection and shares this powerful story with all of HSM. Today, we got to rest in the goodness of God as the Gospel was beautifully shared and we worshiped our good and faithful King together! Thank you Jesus for the Cross!

The same God who moved in worship, spoke through His Word, and changed hearts this weekend at DNOW is the same God who walks with us into our schools, into our homes, and into every ordinary moment.

Our prayer following DNOW is that our students would live with bold confidence — knowing this is not their home, but that they have a purpose while they are here: to declare the good and mighty name of our Savior!
