Join us for an inspiring evening of connection, great food, and community! We are thrilled to host our female students and their mothers, grandmothers, or female guardians for a very special night out.

Time: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Location: G.W. Carver Middle School
Special Guest Speaker: Dr. Bridgewater
Menu: Spaghetti & salad dinner

Above everything else, thank you for partnering with Carver this year and standing behind our students every step of the way. Your unwavering support, presence, and dedication to our school family mean the world to us.

Thank you for donating awesome bikes and delicious treats! You’ve put huge smiles on our students' faces and will give them an exciting reason to aim high and work hard. Thank you also for treating our staff to a wonderful morning breakfast and sharing your knowledge. We deeply appreciate the valuable information and insights you took the time to present to our staff.

We are SO ready to welcome our Panthers back for an incredible new school year at G.W. Carver Middle School! 🐾

To ensure a safe, smooth, and successful start to the year, please check out ParentSquare for flyers with full details on our campus procedures and policies!

Here are a few quick highlights to keep in mind:
Arrival: Doors open at 8:15 AM, and classes begin promptly at 8:45 AM. Please use Lane 2 for car drop-offs.

Dismissal: Begins at 4:30 PM. Please note that parent pickups are not permitted after 4:00 PM.

Communication Device Policy: Personal devices (phones, smartwatches, earbuds, etc.) must remain turned off and stored out of sight during the school day. Please visit ParentSquare for full maps, lane directions, and policy guidelines.

What an incredible evening!

A huge THANK YOU to all the parents and students who came out to Meet the Teacher Night tonight. Thanks to your amazing support, we had a RECORD-SETTING turnout!

We absolutely loved seeing all of our bright, young faces filling the halls. The energy was fantastic, and our entire team is looking forward to a great school year dedicated to providing quality instruction to all of our students.

Meet the Teacher Night
Date: Monday, August 10, 2026
Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

What's Happening: get registered, meet your teachers, and prowl the campus to see everything planned for the year!
Also, our Athletic Parent Meeting (Required for athletes)
If your student is ready to hit the track, gridiron, or court for Cross Country, Football, or Volleyball, While you're touring the campus, come by the Gym for our mandatory parent meeting to get all the key info for the upcoming season!

Time: 6:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Location: Gym

IMPORTANT MEET THE TEACHER UPDATE

Please read before attending! To ensure a smooth event for everyone, all students must be fully registered before entering Meet the Teacher.

Checked at the Door: Registration will be verified upon arrival. Unregistered students will not be able to receive schedules or meet their teachers.

No On-Site Registration: Registration will NOT be available during the Meet the Teacher event.

In-Person Registration Hours Need help getting registered ahead of time? Drop by our office during these hours:

Thursday – Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday (Extra Help!): 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
