At approximately 2:00 PM today, customers in and around the Sunncrest, Audrey, Hazelwood, Northwood, and Parker areas may experience low to no water pressure. This is due to the installation of a new water main in your area.

Chalk Bluff WSC is currently upgrading the existing water main along Audrey and Sunnycrest. This project is part of our ongoing efforts to replace older infrastructure and improve water flow and volume for our customers.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as work is being completed in these areas. Temporary inconveniences may occur, but these improvements will help ensure more reliable service in the future.

UPDATE: The 6" main break has been repaired and water service is being restored.
We want to give a sincere thank you to our Chalk Bluff ground crew, who worked in freezing conditions to locate, dig, and repair the line as quickly and safely as possible.
