On-line registration for returning students is now open. If you need assistance with Parent Portal, please call the office during the hours of 8am-2pm. If you are unable to upload the required documents, please email the documents to [email protected].

New student registration packets can be picked up at the administration office during the hours of 8am-2pm.

Gholson ISD is also still accepting transfer applications for the 2026-2027 school year.

All student registration must be completed by 3pm on August 5th.

Gholson ISD Administration Office Closure Notice

The Gholson ISD Administration Office will be closed on Wednesday, July 15, and Thursday, July 16, to allow for summer cleaning.

Although staff will be on-site during this time, they will not have access to office phones. If you need assistance, please email us at [email protected], and we will respond as soon as possible.

The Administration Office will reopen and resume normal summer hours on Monday, July 20.

CURRENT STUDENTS: On-line registration will open Tuesday, July 28 and close Tuesday, August 11.

You must have a parent portal account set up prior to being able to register. If you do not have a parent portal account set up, please do so now. Instructions are located on the Gholson ISD website, gholsonisd.org, under the NEWS button, or our staff can help you.
If you already have a portal account, on Tuesday, the 28th, you will see a button for “Registration” under each student on your summary page. The email address used to register your student last school year is the email address you must use to access the registration this year, the email can be changed after entering registration or by calling the office.

If you need assistance with online registration please call our office at 254-829-1528 to set up an appointment time and our staff will be happy to assist you with the account set up and registration.

NEW STUDENTS - Registration packets will be available on Monday, July 20th. Office hours are 8:00 am - 2:00 pm, Monday through Thursday.

Spanish registration and parent packets for current or new students are available in the office or can be emailed upon request.
