🔬 Teaching & Learning in Action at CCMS! 🦅💜✨

Collaborative coaching drives success in our classrooms every single day! Today marked our very first Model Classroom lesson, where our Teaching & Learning Specialist Ms. Quintero stepped into Ms. Stimpson’s 6th-grade Science class to model high-impact instructional strategies. 📚💡

Our 6th graders dove deep into physical science as they collaborated in teams to explore, observe, and analyze the physical properties of the states of matter (solids, liquids, and gases)! 🧊💧💨
Watching our students engage in critical thinking, ask insightful questions, and learn side-by-side with their teachers highlights the true power of collaborative practice. 🧪🤝

Thank you to Ms. Stimpson and her inquisitive scientists for hosting such a dynamic, hands-on learning experience! 🌟

🍦 BIG Eagle Thanks to our South Valley Mills H-E-B! 🦅💜✨
Our Chavez staff got a sweet surprise today thanks to the amazing team at our local H-E-B on South Valley Mills! 🛒❤️ They showed our campus some major love by treating our hardworking staff to a delicious ice cream social! 🍨🎉

There is nothing quite like a cool, sweet treat to beat the Texas heat and lift our spirits as we start a busy week! 😋 Ice cream truly makes everything better!

We are so incredibly grateful to live and work in a community that pours so much support into our educators. Thank you, H-E-B, for feeding our souls (and our sweet tooths!) and for being such a fantastic supporter of our school family. 🤝💜

What a great first full week at Cesar Chavez Middle School! The week flew by, and our classrooms were filled with student learning, teacher excellence, collaboration, and engagement! 📚✏️💡

We are proud of our Eagles for getting back into the rhythm of learning and grateful for our teachers and staff who are working hard each day to create meaningful learning experiences for our students. 👏🏽🍎💜
