As we wrap up another incredible school year, Cedar Ridge Elementary would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to our amazing Kids’ Hope mentors from Columbus Avenue Baptist Church! ❤️📚

Your commitment to improving student reading and investing relationally in each child has made a lasting impact on our Jaguars. The encouragement, time, and care you’ve shared throughout the year have helped our students grow in confidence and love for learning.

During our end-of-year Kids’ Hope reception, mentees showed their appreciation by gifting heartfelt cards to their mentors and sharing special memories from the year. These meaningful moments beautifully reflected the strong relationships and positive impact built through the program. ❤️

Last Friday, our students wrapped up Teacher Appreciation Week in the sweetest way possible — hand delivering beautiful roses along with heartfelt messages to our teachers, faculty, and staff. 🌹❤️

The smiles, hugs, and kind words made for such a special ending to an amazing week of appreciation at CRE. Thank you, Jaguars, for showing so much love and gratitude to the people who help make our school shine every day! 🐾✨

Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week is almost here (May 4–8), and we’re inviting ALL of our Jaguars to join in the fun as we show love to the amazing educators who help us learn, grow, and soar every day! ❤️🐾

✨ Let’s celebrate by participating in our themed days:

🙌 Tuesday – Hit ‘Em Up! Give staff high fives all day

Last week, our teachers were treated to something special! ☕✨ We had the pleasure of hosting Mila Café, proudly known as the first Mexican coffee shop in Waco.

Our staff enjoyed a well-deserved moment to relax, connect, and experience the rich culture and flavors behind every cup. It’s always a great day when we can celebrate and support our amazing educators! 💛
