Founded in 1998, for more than 10 years, the Boys and Girls Club of the Missouri River Area (BGCMRA) has been in the forefront of youth development working with young people from disadvantaged economic, social and family circumstances on the Yankton Sioux Reservation and surrounding rural communities. The Club provides a safe environment for youth to develop ongoing relationships with caring, adult professionals and participate in life-enhancing programs and character developing experiences. The BGCMRA is well positioned in southeast SD and has demonstrated the ability to create a culture of achievement and meet the needs of its youth daily. Services are provided in Wagner and Marty.

Attention parents: we are opening club football up to 3rd grade once again this season! This is at the parent's discretion. Please ensure your child is prepared to participate in a full contact sport. Equipment handouts are this Saturday (August 29th) in the Wagner Club at 1:30 until 4 pm. The first day of practice is Tuesday, September 1st. If you have any questions, please contact Luke at the club 605-384-9908.

A reminder to football parents: equipment handouts are this Saturday (August 29th) from 1:30 until 4 pm at the Wagner Club. Please use the main, front entrance. Sign ups are still open, any 4th through 6th graders are eligible to play. The first day of practice is Tuesday, September 1st. Forms are available at the club and Wagner Community School.
