🇺🇸 WAGONER COUNTY — CREDIT WHERE IT’S DUE 🇺🇸

Well… for about one glorious minute today, I officially “took over” the security entrance at the Wagoner County Courthouse.

👉 Result: Zero incidents. Zero traffic. Flawless performance.
I’m basically overqualified at this point.

After my short but historic shift, the real professionals stepped back in — and as always, the Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office handled business the right way.

Shoutout to Jones, the Undersheriff, and the rest of the deputies — always respectful, professional, and squared away.

We give bad law enforcement a hard time — and we will continue to do that.
But let’s be just as clear about this:

👉 We respect and appreciate the good ones.

And Wagoner County has some good ones.

Saturday evening, the Wagoner Police Department answered a call at 9:49 p.m from the organization OPP- Oklahoma Predator Prevention. The organization has been conducting an ongoing investigation into Eric Wilber for some time, which concluded Saturday evening. He was found to be posing as a 14 year old male. A search warrant was carried out and an arrest was made at 11:58 p.m. Two phones, one thumb drive, two smart watches and one tablet were seized.

Charges for Eric Wilber:

-lewd or indecent proposals upon a child believed to be 16 years old
-Facilitate sexual conduct with a minor
-Destroy, damage and alter evidence

We want to state that these are charges, not convictions.

Thank you, Wagoner Police Department officers Billy Kammerzell, Jake Cox, Blake Sourjohn, and Matt Harris for protecting our community!

Former Tulsa Attorney Takes Plea to 5 R*pe Charges

The Wagoner County DA along with OK DA office worked together and seems to have offered an olive branch to this dude, Jeffrey Krigel.

5 years prison and 5 years paper?! That’s it? The prosecutors were about to go to trial and were either too lazy or didn’t have the backbone to continue to trial.

I highly doubt they had a flimsy case. I see this as a travesty of justice where they took the easy route instead of going forward.

I hope this was the victim’s choice and not just the prosecutions. That’s the only way this would be okay imo.

He plead no contest to 2 counts of 1st Degree R***, 2 counts of r*** by instrumentation, and one count of attempted r***. They also dismissed several other charges.

Is this real life?!? This is one of the worst s*x crimes and this is it? Our system of justice is FUBAR.

He’s already been in 3 and then gave him credit for that and so he’ll be free in a year or so and I don’t think someone like that has any business being in society.

It’s already difficult enough for victims to come forward and this is not helping.

Tulsa PD was investigating this SO since 2021.

Oklahoma AG office stated “This outcome holds Krigel accountable and helps protect the public from future harm.”

I call BS. It sounds like the police put in serious effort for many years. The PD did all that and the DA was at the 5 yard line and chose the easy route doing a disservice to the public.

I hope the legislators can make stronger punishments for these type of crimes cause this seems like a sweetheart deal.

Sheriff’s Office utilizes FLOCK Camera’s to assist BAPD with arrest following Burglary and Shooting

On 12-12-2025 The Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Broken Arrow Police Department with an incident involving a Third-Degree Burglary and Shooting with Intent to Kill investigation that occurred near East 193rd Street and South 121st East Avenue, on the Tulsa County side.

All Charlie Shift deputies responded to assist Broken Arrow PD. Deputies Hull, Lawrence, and Gipson canvassed the area for a suspect vehicle with limited description, while Lieutenant Hutton established Incident Command alongside Broken Arrow PD near the scene.

Wagoner County E-911 Dispatchers Christa and Cody played a critical role by reviewing FLOCK camera data and identifying a vehicle matching the suspect description. Dispatch obtained vehicle registration information and a return on the registered owner. Dispatchers then provided Lieutenant Hutton with images of the registered owner, including a photograph and a social media profile image, which were relayed to Broken Arrow PD. Broken Arrow PD confirmed the vehicle and individual matched the suspect involved in the incident.

Charlie Shift deputies responded to the suspect’s listed address in the Coweta area and conducted a canvas for the vehicle with negative contact. Deputies from Wagoner County and Broken Arrow PD continued canvassing multiple locations, also with negative contact.

During the investigation, Deputy Hull received information regarding two females the suspect was known to associate with in Wagoner County. Deputy Gipson, Deputy Bond, and Lieutenant Hutton identified the individuals and associated residences. While enroute to one of those residences, Deputy Bond observed a vehicle leaving the suspect’s girlfriend’s residence. Deputy Bond developed probable cause and conducted a felony traffic stop. During the stop, Deputies Bond and Hull confirmed the suspect was inside the residence in Wagoner County.

Charlie Shift deputies, along with Deputy Hull, Major Dorr, Wagoner Police Department, and Broken Arrow Police Department, surrounded the residence and initiated callouts. Approximately 20 minutes into the callouts, the suspect surrendered without further incident. Broken Arrow Police Department obtained a search warrant and located a .380 caliber firearm inside the suspect’s vehicle at the residence. The firearm was confirmed to be stolen and linked to an additional series of burglaries in Wagoner County.

The suspect was identified as William Cody Moore of Tulsa, OK. William C Moore has a lengthy criminal history and is a convicted felon.

The Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office commends the outstanding teamwork demonstrated by Wagoner County Deputies, Wagoner County Dispatch, Broken Arrow Police Department, and Wagoner Police Department. Through coordinated efforts and strong interagency cooperation, the suspect was safely taken into custody.

Oh I can’t wait to see how Jack uses his “prosecutorial discretion” on this. Both the sheriff’s office and the DA’s office should have recused on this one before an investigation even began. But that’s okay you clowns. Clown on.
