🎉 Aztec Company Military Ball - A Night to Remember! 🐉

Last night, the soldiers of Aztec Company, Dragons Battalion, gathered for an unforgettable evening of camaraderie, celebration, and tradition. Decked out in their best dress uniforms and gowns, we honored our shared service, toasted to our achievements, and strengthened the bonds that make our team unstoppable.

From the heartfelt speeches to the lively dance floor, it was a night to reflect on our dedication and to celebrate the spirit of the Dragons Battalion. Thank you to everyone who made this event a success – the organizing team, our families, and, of course, the incredible soldiers who embody the spirit of excellence every day.

What a week for Aztec Company! 💪 Our soldiers crushed the grueling 18.6-mile Norwegian Foot March, earning their badges and showing what resilience looks like. 🎖️ We also turned up the fun with a Pie in the Face fundraiser, where soldiers got to literally throw pies at their leadership—talk about sweet revenge! 🥧 To top it all off, we celebrated 2LT Clemente’s promotion to 1LT in a special ceremony where he was proudly pinned by his wife, Izabela, and daughter, Zoe. 👏 Cheers to teamwork, triumphs, and a little whipped cream on the side!

🚨 HEROES OF THE BATTLE 🚨

Shoutout to SGT Carlos Martinez for being recognized as one of the “Heroes of the Battle” during JPMRC 2024! 🇺🇸

SGT Martinez went above and beyond, providing crucial training to soldiers in his cluster on Combat Life Saver techniques, Individual Movement Techniques, Night Driving with NVDs, Care Under Fire, and LOGPAC TTPs. His efforts greatly enhanced the combat readiness, lethality, and survivability of his team.

His unwavering dedication and selfless service truly inspired those around him, setting the standard for excellence.

Today was a big day for the Aztecs! Our leaders kicked off the morning with a challenging 6-mile ruck march, showing true grit and teamwork. We also had the privilege of honoring SGT Aguilar(88!) from Los Toros 🐂 platoon, presenting him with an award and gifts as he transitions to his next duty station at Fort Carson, CO. While he’s heading into the next chapter of his career, SGT Aguilar will always remain a part of the Aztec Ohana.

To top it off, our soldiers and their Ohana gathered for an FRG event filled with fun and camaraderie. Bowling, pizza , and important updates made it a perfect day for everyone 🎳 🍕 🙌. The strength of the Aztecs comes not just from our soldiers, but from the support of our families as well. .s.armypacific
