Congrats to SGT Coplen for winning the 715th Military Intelligence Battalion Non-Commissioned Officer of the Month Board. Way to represent the Spartans!

We also had the chance to celebrate some major milestones during final formation. SGT Alvarez and SGT Jeter re-enlisted to continue to serve in the presence of family, friends and the Spartan Ohana. Finally, CPL Gavrilov earned a well-desrved promotion to SGT. Well done, Spartans!

🇺🇸🪖🗡️ Train to Fight!!! 🗡️🪖🇺🇸

ACO got after some great Army training during their last training day. Led by SSG Lapour and SGT Thompson, the training day started out with a 4 mile run around South Range, followed by some dedicated ESB training lanes.

The lanes consisted of movement under direct fire, camouflage techniques, map reading, CBRN operations, and how to operate a tactical handheld radio.

To wrap up the day, we had the opportunity to recognize some amazing individuals who helped make the training day a success. SGT Matteson was recognized as the most impactful instructor by his peers for his knowledge and patience teaching his lane on map reading and resection. PFC Sperry was selected as the most motivated and positive candidate. SGT Thompson, training day Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge, was recognized for his detailed planning and coordination for the event. And finally we got to recognize some of our joint Navy partners who made it out!
