Married to Allen, three daughters and three grandchildren.

As a member of the North Dakota House of Representative, I have enjoyed serving the residents of District 25, Richland County since 2014. There is more work to be done, and I ask for your vote on November 8, 2022. My committee assignments:
House Energy and Natural Resources
House Finance and Taxation
House Ethics Committee
House Appropriations Committee
Appropriations - Human Resources Division

I

will work on:
Lowering property taxes
Funding for roads & bridges
Diversifying and growing North Dakota’s Ag and Energy sectors
Natural gas development for SE ND
Pre-K, K-12 and higher ed funding
Improving childcare access
Behavioral health access and substance use treatment

I set partisan politics aside to get things done in Bismarck
for District 25, Richland County. My work in the legislature has included natural gas development, substance use treatment, cosponsor of the Ag innovation program, long-term care funding, land owner rights, and senior meals. Lifelong resident of Richland County

Currently serves on the BW Community Foundation, SE Senior Services Board, Project Yes Youth Coalition and NDSCS Cat Backers

Served 12 years on the Wahpeton City Council, Past President of the Wahpeton Chamber of Commerce

Today, we honor and bid farewell to an incredible legislative colleague and dear friend, Representative Cindy Schreiber Beck.

Cindy, you were a true example to me — always prepared, thoughtful, respectful, and fair. It was a privilege to work alongside you as a team, representing our constituents with unity and purpose.

Your deep knowledge of K–12 and higher education, aeronautics, and agriculture was unmatched and made a lasting impact.

You leave behind a tremendous void that cannot be filled.

My heartfelt condolences to Whitney and her family. ❤️
