Building Maintenance Assistant
compensation: $15.00 Hourly
Description:
We are actively searching for a talented Building Maintenance Assistant for one of Hawaii's preeminent places to live on the North Shore. The individual in this position will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance, repairs, clean up. Basic knowledge of painting, plumbing, and general repairs required.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (t)
Location:
Oahu: Waialua
Pay:
$15.00 Hourly (p/t)
Additional Responsibilities:
• Perform general building maintenance duties, including light carpentry, painting, and plumbing duties
• Attend to any repairs throughout the day
• Ensure work site is safely maintained and properly cleaned up
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols
• Provide professional and courteous service to residents and guests
• Assist board members as needed on projects headed by the Site Manager
Required Education and Qualifications:
• Must have at least 6 months of verifiable work experience
• Basic knowledge of painting, plumbing, and general repair work
• Good team work skills
• Must own basic tools
