MEO Enlace Hispano holding tax prep workshop on Feb. 23

Maui Economic Opportunity’s Enlace Hispano will be holding a Tax Preparation Workshop from 5:30 to 7 p.m., Monday, Feb. 23, at MEO’s Wailuku office.
Federal and state taxes and forms W-2, W-4, W-7, W-9 and 1099 will be discussed. Marisol Trabanino, a licensed tax preparer for 20 years and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) volunteer, will be the guest speaker.
MEO’s Wailuku office is located at 99 Mahalani St., behind the J. Walter Cameron Center.

English conversation classes for Spanish speakers are being offered by Maui Economic Opportunity’s Enlace Hispano program.

The 12-class series will be held at MEO’s Wailuku classroom, 99 Mahalani St. The cost is $65, and financial aid is available.
