The annual Fill the Bus campaign at Wegmans is underway!

From June 3–17, simply add a donation at checkout and help provide meals for local families facing food insecurity.

💵 $2 = 6 meals
💵 $3 = 9 meals
💵 $5 = 15 meals

Last year, Wegmans customers raised $5,763 for Tri-Area Ministry Food Pantry. Let’s make an even bigger impact this year!

Since we started our pet food pantry in March 2026, we have donated over 2,300 lbs of kibble and 400+ cans of wet food to help families and their pets. We couldn’t do any of this without your support!

Our partner told us that people are universally grateful for pet food and are often times more excited about getting food for their pets than for themselves.

📚🥫 A big thank you to the Wake Forest Public Library for hosting a food drive in recognition of Hunger Awareness Month!

The library’s collection barrel has been steadily filling with donations from generous community members who understand that hunger exists right here in our own community.

Every can, box, and bag donated will help provide food to local families facing food insecurity. We are grateful to the Wake Forest Public Library staff for partnering with us and to everyone who took the time to drop off a donation.

Community support like this is what makes Wake Forest such a special place. ❤️

A huge thank you to the North Raleigh Civitan Club for donating food items left over from this weekend’s Special Olympics event. Rather than letting these items go to waste, they chose to put them to work helping local families facing food insecurity.

It’s partnerships like these that make a real difference in our community. Neighbors helping neighbors—that’s what it’s all about!

🤔 What weighs about 90 pounds, arrives every month, and disappears almost immediately?

60 jars of peanut butter!

One of our loyal donors faithfully delivers this donation every single month. The donor prefers not to be photographed, so today’s picture features a volunteer stand-in. 😎

Peanut butter is always in demand and goes into all 2000 food orders we distribute every month.
