Dog Found on 11/3/25:
She was found on Coach Lantern Ave around 4:45-5pm. Seems to be an older dog and is female. No name tag but there is a collar. If you know who this sweet girl belongs to, please comment or call 919-817-5660.

Stray male dog on Coach Lantern near the Rainy Lake roundabout.

Multiple people have been trying to get close check to tag, but we’ve been unable to.

We just had two men come into our driveway in a navy blue minivan. One man got out and proceeded to walk towards our garage, it was open. I was in the garage but he didn’t see me at first. As soon as he did, he started walking closer and said he was going door to door about gutter cleaning. I asked for a card, and he said he didn’t have any. 🤔 I told him we were not interested and he walked away. I immediately closed our garage and then went out front. He was nowhere in sight. Not at any other neighbors house that I could see with 10 houses in either direction. (Apparently not going door to door)

Be in the lookout, and close your garages. I don’t believe he was with a gutter cleaning company for one minute.

This was on Coach Lantern Ave at 2:50pm on Sunday, Nov 15.

I saw this sweet pup roaming along Coach Lantern Avenue this morning as I was driving home. He didn’t have a collar on and there was no owner present. I watched and followed him as he peed/pooped in someone’s yard. He then crossed the street as an oncoming car was coming and went onto the porch of his owner. I’ve asked around and confirmed that this dog does have a home on Coach Lantern Avenue and is routinely let out on his own to go to the bathroom.

Remember, not only for our pets’ safety but also for those folks walking in our neighborhood, all dogs need to be on a leash and should not be left to roam on their own. It is also common courtesy to clean up after your animal.

Be a responsible furry baby parent, and a respectful neighbor.
