Severe storms are likely across the area this afternoon and evening. On Tuesday, confidence is somewhat lower, but if storms develop they may produce hail and isolated severe wind gusts, mainly in the evening.

Highs for SW Kansas today are forecast to reach or even surpass 90 degrees. This is around 5 degrees warmer than the average end of May.
Dry weather today before storm potential returns tomorrow. Mostly light winds today at 5-15 mph - the strongest winds out of the north.
