We're SO excited!! The Pool will OPEN TOMORROW, Saturday, June 13, 2026 from 1pm-6pm!! Please be patient with our managers and guards as they process season and daily passes and while they're getting the hang of things again. We can't wait to see you at the pool!!

As a thank you to everyone who's been waiting three weeks for the pool to be open, all those who come to the pool on opening day will be treated to a FREE popsicle!!

Attention Wakefield Residents: These three young men (Charles, Kody, & Isaiah) will be around town the next several days going door-to-door for Mad City Windows & Baths. They have registered with the City and will be traveling on foot and in a 2021 Chrysler Voyager with Wisconsin plates.

They will be offering free estimates on home remodeling projects: windows, baths, patio doors, and kitchens.

As of Friday, June 5, 2026, the repair item for the pool has not been delivered. It should be delivered on Monday, June 8, 2026. Once the City crew has the part installed, the pool will need to be filled and chemicals regulated. We're all hoping to be opened next weekend. Please stay tuned and pass the word! Thank you

As a reminder to those coming in this weekend for the baseball tournament: Our City Park campground has six spots available (with water and electricity only) that are NOT RESERVABLE. These are first come, first served. Because the pool is CLOSED this weekend, all camping spot payments will need to be taken care of at the City Office at 405 Main Street. We are open until 5pm Friday night; however, there is a mail slot to drop off payments after hours. Camping is $15 per night. No shower keys will be available this weekend. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

The part to fix the pool has not arrived yet which means the pool will be CLOSED this week as well (June 1-7, 2026). Thank you for your patience, and please continue to check back here or on the City's website for further updates.

Get those pool passes TODAY! Daveigh will be at the pool TODAY from 4Pm-7pm to get pool-goers signed up with their season passes for the pool. Remember to bring cash or check only; $150 family and $75 single.
