The Village of Walden Police Department extends our condolences to the Town of Newburgh Police Department on the loss of one of their own, Detective Christopher Thompson. Our thoughts and prayers are with Detective Thompson’s loved ones, friends, family, and department during this very difficult time.

On behalf of the Walden Police Department I just want to thank every single person who volunteered, donated, participated, and showed up for last nights National Night Out! It was a phenomenal turnout and it could not happen without all of you! Overall we think it was a huge success and are forever grateful for the wonderful people in this community! Until next year!
