About Us & page Rules

The Harris Fitness Center is a large fitness complex full of free weights, updated cardio and wellness equipment for the Recce Town community. The HFC staff strive to add and enhance beneficial programs, including aerobics classes, sports programs and much more. If you have a fitness instructor or trainer certification and you would like to teach or train at the HFC, please call 530-634-2258 for details.

While this is an open forum, it's also a family friendly one, so please keep your comments and wall posts in good taste. In addition to keeping it family friendly, we ask that you follow our posting guidelines here. If you don't comply, your message will be removed.

Our Top Five House Rules:

1. Keep it clean, play nice, use the Golden Rule liberally.
