PAY is a Mixture Of Piece Rates and Hourly depending upon the job you are on. Piece Rates are our normal form of pay
WELM, Inc Focuses on interior and exterior Lighting Retrofits, Interior and Exterior Lighting Maintenance, and Sign Retrofits & Maintenance. As a field employee, you will take part in some or all of these activities.
Qualified electricians will hold current journeyman or higher licenses in Maine, New Hampshire or a Reciprocal state. Special Preference will be given to Electricians fluent in both Spanish and English
Qualified Lighting Technicians will have broad experience in all aspects of lighting repair & Layout. Special preference will be given to certified Techs and to those fluent in both Spanish and English.
All Applicants must:
1 Have a Clean Driving Record
2 Be Detail Oriented
3 Have No Criminal History
4 Provide Company Names, Employment Dates, and Office locations of all company/companies they have (or are) worked for over the last two years.
Currently Reside in Central/Southern/Mid-Coast Maine, Central/Southern New Hampshire, or South Eastern Massachusetts
Be great at verbal & written communication
Be Thorough in all assigned tasks
Be Quality Oriented
Own and maintain a smart phone
Be fluent in the use of mobile device Apps
