🔥PROPANE BURN SIMULATION TRAINING🔥

👨🏻‍🚒Last night was a beautiful, and warm, evening to train outside.
🧯We trained with a propane tank simulator.
🚒This training helps in many areas including fire behavior, hazard recognition, equipment set up and use, safety protocols, scenario adaptability, communication and team work.
🔥All of which we need and use at every call we get.

Once again, we want to extend our deepest gratitude and thanks to our community. Our local 100 women who care chapter stopped by this evening with a community donation! We can’t thank you enough for all the support. Your stepping up allows us to do what we do. As times change and situations change so does our training and equipment. This generous donation from all the ladies that attended the spring event will go a long way in helping us in so many areas to keep our community safe.

ROPE RESCUE TRAINING.
This type of training prepares firefighters and search and rescue personnel to execute safe high and low-angle evacuations. We trained up by our local water tower on a beautiful MN evening. Our chief was our “victim” and we had to safely get him down the embankment. This type of rescue takes patience, communication and teamwork. We are always learning and working to get better each time we train, no matter what it is.
