Today our kindergarteners celebrated a huge milestone and took their first big step toward the future. We are so proud of all they’ve learned, the friendships they’ve made, and the joy they’ve brought to our halls this year. Kindergarten is complete… next stop: first grade! 💚

Field Day fun at Wall Elementary! ☀️🎉

Our kiddos got to CELEBRATE an amazing year with a day full of excitement and fun! From the rock wall and tug-of-war to the dunking booth, relays, sack races, and so much MORE — there was no shortage of smiles, laughter, and friendly competition.

It was a fantastic day filled with fun memories, and everyone had an absolute blast as we wrapped up an incredible school year!

For our Wall Elementary Awards Programs today, we had the privilege of celebrating students for the many ways they have excelled this year. Students were recognized for Perfect Attendance, A Honor Roll, Top 10 Readers in each class, Top 10 Readers across campus, UIL participation and accomplishments, Little Olympics participation, and Spirit of the Hawk honors.

Today was a reminder that success looks different for every student and deserves to be celebrated! We are proud of our students for their dedication, growth, servant hearts, and love of learning. Congratulations to all of our students on a year filled with hard work and accomplishments. Thank you for representing Wall Elementary so well each and every day!

Looking ahead into our LAST week of the year! A few reminders:

• WES Field Day is TUESDAY
• 2:45 release on Wednesday and Thursday
• Awards on Thursday
• Kindergarten Graduation on Friday
• Friday is the LAST day of school and 12:00 release

The LAST Wall ISD Weekly Snapshot of the year is here and we are wrapping up the school year with a busy and exciting week ahead. We have Elementary Awards ceremonies, students representing Wall at the UIL Academic State Meet, and WES Field Day fun. We are also looking forward to Regional Finals baseball with information coming soon and students finishing strong with semester exams.

A few important reminders for the week. Wednesday and Thursday will be 2:45 release days, and Friday, May 22nd, our last day of school, will be a 12:00 release.

We will round out the week celebrating the Class of 2026 at graduation Friday night at 7:00 PM at the Junell Center!

Let’s finish the year strong, Hawks. It’s hard to believe we’ve made it to the last week of school, but it’s going to be a great one.

A huge shoutout to our Technology Services team, who work tirelessly across all campuses in our district to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. From quick response times to behind-the-scenes problem solving, their prompt and effective support ensures that teachers and students can stay focused on learning without interruption.

Technology plays a vital role in today’s classrooms, and every single day this team is at the heart of making that possible—maintaining systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting instruction with care and consistency.

Special thanks to Mark Stanley, Technology Director; Zach Shallowater, Assistant Director; and Christine Wilde, Lead Technician, for their leadership and dedication to serving every campus in the district.
