New Parade Route!
The parade will begin at 5:00 PM at the Courtyard by Marriott Walla Walla, travel south on 9th Avenue, turn east onto Malcolm Street, then turn south onto Chase Avenue, ending at Garrison Middle School.

Come out to cheer on the parade, connect with local resources, meet first responders, and enjoy a great evening of free fun for everyone. We look forward to seeing you there!

Today didn't go quite the way we had planned, but we still found plenty of reasons to smile.

While National Night Out had to be cancelled due to the air quality, we were still able to celebrate our Chief for a Day, Austin, with a special visit to the Walla Walla Police Department. It may not have included a parade, but it was still a day worth celebrating.

And thanks to the generosity of the Walla Walla Police Foundation, the lunches that had been prepared for our volunteers didn't go to waste. Instead, we spent the afternoon delivering lunches to kids throughout our community.

You can't control the air quality, but you can control how you show up for your community. Today, we're grateful we had the opportunity to do just that.

It is with great disappointment that we have made the difficult decision to cancel tonight's National Night Out due to unhealthy air quality conditions.

The health and safety of our attendees, volunteers, vendors, first responders, and staff is our top priority. Based on the current air quality forecast, we do not feel it is safe to hold an outdoor event today.

We know this is incredibly disappointing, especially after the hard work of so many volunteers, sponsors, and community partners who helped prepare for this event. We are truly grateful for your support and understanding.

We are currently exploring the possibility of rescheduling National Night Out. While we don't have any details to share at this time, we will provide updates as soon as decisions are made.

Introducing the new Walla Walla Police Fleet!

The Walla Walla Police Department recently took delivery of a new fleet of patrol vehicles. Because our patrol cars are shared by officers on both day and night shifts, they're in service around the clock, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

These new vehicles are equipped with updated technology and equipment to help our officers respond safely and effectively while serving the Walla Walla community.

We appreciate your continued support and look forward to seeing these new patrol vehicles out in the community.

Thank you Walla Walla for an amazing 2026 Walla Walla Fire and Cop on top event without all of the support of the amazing sponsors and the community we could not do this event  for Walla Walla Special olympics.  congratulations to the Walla walla Police Department for being the winning team this year with the most amount of donations brought in during their timeslot and now drumroll please the total for the 2026 fire and cop on top raised for our Special Olympics is $25,527. Thank you again Walla Walla.
