Valley Residential Services Serving developmentally disabled adults and homeless veterans and providing family support services.

Valley Residential Services is a community based non-profit organization offering supported living, transitional housing and family services in Walla Walla and Columbia counties, Washington. Supported Living is a program of the Washington State Developmental Disabilities Administration. We assist developmentally disabled adults to live as independently as possible in their own homes and be active in the community. Veterans Transitional Housing, also known as CORD (Corps of Recovery Discovery), provides temporary housing and social services for veterans as part of a federal Veterans Affairs initiative to eliminate homelessness among those who have served their country. We also provide consulting for families with behaviorally-challenged children and supervised visitation for clients of the state's Division of Child and Family Services.

We are celebrating National Direct Support Professionals Week with our amazing staff!

Our DSPs are truly what makes the wheels go around here at VRS. Without them, our clients would not receive the incredible care, support and compassion they receive every single day.

So this week, we are celebrating them! Each day we have some tasty treats planned at the office as a small way to show just how much we appreciate everything they do.
