Spreading the word on behalf of WSU School of Food Science that they will be holding a Processing of Acidified Foods Class focusing on Jams, Jellies, Pickles, BBQ and Hot Sauce. The class will be held on Weds 9/17 from 9am to 4pm at the Columbia County Fairgrounds Youth Building in Dayton. The class is $30 to attend and participate. (Note: That's a STEEP discount compared to what this course usually costs!)
