Congratulations to Mayor Pro Tem Francisco Rivas-Diaz on being selected to serve on the North Carolina League of Municipalities Board of Directors for District 3. He was officially sworn in today during the CityVision Conference in Raleigh. The North Carolina League of Municipalities represents the interests of more than 500 municipalities across the state, and we are proud to see our community represented at this level.
