My name is Tasha Herring, and I am honored to currently serve the great Town of Wallace as your public servant on the Town Board. I truly love this community and the people who make it home.
Tomorrow, November 4th, I respectfully ask for your vote and support at the Wallace American Legion Building, so I can continue working for you and for the future of our town. I want to keep building upon Wallace’s progress and the strong foundation we’ve laid together.
The past few years have been a season of growth and progress for our town. We made the name change official and extended the runway — both symbolic and practical steps that prepared us for what’s ahead. I’m especially proud of the planning and early construction of the new safety project for our Police and Fire Departments — an investment that strengthens our community at its core.
We’ve also seen new businesses take root, a sure sign that people believe in Wallace and its future. At the same time, we’ve continued the steady, behind-the-scenes work — repairing streets, improving accessibility, and keeping our foundation strong. The annexation of new property and the beginning of single-family home construction mark another exciting chapter of growth, giving more families a place to call home.
Looking back, what stands out most isn’t just the projects themselves, but the teamwork and persistence that made them possible — the patience, collaboration, and shared belief that steady progress builds a stronger community.
I ask for your prayers and humble support tomorrow at the polls. My doors are always open to listen, serve, and help in any way I can.
Humbly requested,
Tasha Herring
