BB Overhead Press 7 reps @ 125 lbs. The goal is to eventually rep out 135 lbs for 10 reps.

285 lbs 80% for 7 reps. Overall, my form looks pretty good. I could have gone a little bit lower and need to work on my ankle mobility and sitting back (my heels are coming up a bit).

I know I know. You think you don't know how to meal prep...or it's too hard...or you just haven't had the time recently because your so busy. No one said your diet needs to be perfect tomorrow but at least make an attempt to meal prep every week. Weekly meal prep only has to be as complicated as you want it to be. [ 228 more words. ]
