Food pantry and resource center MM serves nearly 3000 people from Wallingford, Meriden and surrounding communities with food; meals; clothes; laundry; counseling and medical care; and serves as a site for vocational training and community service.

Master’s Manna has the following volunteer opportunities:

Sort food/stock shelves - Monday or Wednesday 12 noon - 3 pm

Sort food - Friday 9 am - Noon

Assist driver with food pick ups at area stores; must be able to lift 30 pounds -
Monday - Friday 8 am - 1 pm

We would like to extend a great big thank you to the scouts and the parent volunteers for coordinating last Saturday’s food drive at Wallingford Stop & Shop. Through the generosity of the community, they collected nearly 1400 pounds of food.

Thank you to everyone who participated and donated! We appreciate the kindness during the busy summer months when we always see an uptick in need.
