To utilize the skills and knowledge of the people and organizations in Emmet County to achieve a meaningful Emmet County Conservation Board. To educate, protect, and promote the preservation and conservation or our history, natural resources, persons and culture for future generations. The Environmental Education Program of Emmet County Conservation emphasizes natural resource

s, ecological systems, and conservation & preservation philosophies for the healthful sustainment of Emmet County’s natural areas, wildlife, and environmentally mindful citizenry. Electrical hookups for $30 a night, or tent camping $20 a night, we also offer weekly and senior rates. Visit us and we're sure you'll want to stay awhile.

Great opportunity for the local youth to get the Hunter safety field day completed before hunting season begins. Please take note the online portion must be completed before August 23 to be eligible for this field day.

The IKEs will be hosting the Field Day on August 23rd 8am-12pm. Students must complete the online course before signing up for the Field Day.
