Wallingford Elementary School is ready to LIGHT THE WAY! 💡

WES staff kicked off the new school year with their opening faculty meeting, led by Principal Stephen Krall. This year’s theme, “LIGHT THE WAY,” set the tone for a morning focused on how staff can support, encourage, and inspire students and one another.

Staff also heard the incredible story of Coach Cole Fisher, whose life changed following a spinal cord injury in early 2025 while he was preparing to pitch for the University of Oregon. His perseverance and perspective were a powerful reminder of the impact we can have on those around us.

Here’s to a great year at WES and across WSSD! 💙
