This Memorial Day, the Wallington Police Department remembers and honors the brave men and women of the United States Armed Forces who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage, dedication, and selflessness will never be forgotten.

We also extend our gratitude to all veterans, active-duty military personnel, and their families for their continued service and sacrifice.

Please take a moment today to reflect, remember, and honor those who gave their lives for our freedom.

The Wallington Police Department is attempting to acquire copies of historical photographs and artifacts related to the department’s history. We are looking for photographs containing Wallington police officers, police vehicles, department events, community events attended by officers, and any other historical police-related memorabilia or artifacts connected to the department.

These items will help preserve and honor the proud history of the Wallington Police Department and the officers who served our community throughout the years. Submitted photographs and artifacts may be featured in future social media posts and displayed inside our police headquarters.

Copies of photographs or images of artifacts can be emailed to [email protected] or dropped off at the Wallington Police Department to Det. Szymon Popek.

We appreciate the community’s assistance in helping us remember and honor the officers and history of the Wallington Police Department.

The Wallington Police Department and Wallington PBA Local 321 would like to thank Wallington Little League for welcoming us to spend time with their Tee Ball players during this special season. It was a great evening filled with fun, laughter, and community spirit.

We are proud to help celebrate Wallington Little League’s 75th Anniversary and appreciate all of the hard work and dedication from the coaching staff, league officials, volunteers, and families who continue to make the program such a success year after year. Today, Chief Ireneusz “Eric” Kluska and Detective Szymon Popek proudly attended the annual Bergen County Police Chiefs Association & Bergen County P.B.A. Conference Police Memorial Service held at the Bergen County Law & Public Safety Institute.

The memorial service honored the brave law enforcement officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. We stand together in remembering and honoring their courage, dedication, and unwavering commitment to serving their communities.
