4-H is out and about doing yard work in Lawrence County!! 🌱☀️

These kids and leaders are working hard mowing, w**d eating, and trimming limbs in several yards as part of a community service project. Their dedication, teamwork, and willingness to serve are making a real difference in our community.

Through projects like this, 4-H members are learning valuable life skills while giving back to others and demonstrating what it means to be responsible, caring citizens. We are so proud of their hard work, positive attitudes, and commitment to helping neighbors in need.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time and energy today. Lawrence County is a better place because of these outstanding young people! 💚🍀

Outdoor Club had a great time camping over the weekend!! We braved the heat and mosquitoes to enjoy some great outdoor activities. Club members fished, played games, enjoyed s’mores over the campfire, and went on a hike! We also completed a service project for the park by helping clean up the trails and cemeteries. Shoutout to Davidsonville for being the cleanest park we have been to so far!

All good things must come to an end 🥰. Today was our last day of 2026 Lawrence county 4-H summer day camp. Adults, counselors and campers all officially tuckered out 😂. We did all about survival this week, learned how to purify water, how to build a fire, some geocashing, arts/crafts that involved the outdoors and some fun with water to conclude us. We even had a daily critter visitor 🐿️We look forward to seeing everyone again next year.

No rest for us, now for our county 4-hers to go compete in Delta District O’Rama in Forrest City tomorrow. Wish our kids good luck 🍀
