Have you seen these animals?

A rogue landscaping operation has been identified — and the culprits have been on the loose for about a week.

🐄
The Cows — AKA "Fertilization Specialists"

Spotted applying generous, unsolicited fertilizer treatments to lawns throughout the neighborhood. Enthusiastic workers, but their coverage area and delivery method leave something to be desired. Insist the whole operation was the sheep's idea.

Blaming the sheep

🐑
The Sheep — "Lawn Care Visionaries"

The entrepreneurial masterminds behind this whole venture. Doing a respectable job on grass length, but quickly grew frustrated with their business partners' limited skillset. May appear disillusioned. Will not comment on the business model.

If you spot these entrepreneurial escapees, please contact us right away!

We now know who the owner is, so call us so we can notify the owner where to collect them.

Their owner is ready and waiting to bring them home. No hard feelings — the lawn did look pretty good in spots.

During National Police Week, we pause to honor and remember the law enforcement officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to their communities.

We also recognize the officers who continue to serve each day with professionalism, courage, and commitment. Police work is not always easy, but it is a calling rooted in service, sacrifice, and dedication to others.

To the families of fallen officers, we remember your loved ones and the legacy they left behind.

To the officers still serving, thank you for your continued commitment to protecting and serving your communities.

Respect. Honor. Remember.

Thank you to the American Legion Post 0899 for always keeping the flag outside of our police department looking its best. They not only donate the flags, but also ensure they are properly retired and disposed of when they become worn.

We would also like to thank our Public Works Department for their work maintaining and improving the landscaping outside the police department.

We appreciate the continued support and pride shown in keeping our township facilities looking professional and respectful.
