HESSCO serves adults age 60 and older, persons with disabilities and their caregivers to maintain independence at home in the Massachusetts towns of Canton, Dedham, Foxborough, Medfield, Millis, Norfolk, Norwood, Plainville, Sharon, Walpole, Westwood and Wrentham. HESSCO is a designated Massachusetts Aging Services Access Point (ASAP) and Area Agency on Aging (AAA) and is a member of the MetroWest

Age Well is an enjoyable, informative, and interactive day for older adults and caregivers in our community. This year, we are delighted to welcome Shirley Riga is our keynote speaker, her talk is; "Transforming the way we age, care, and leave a legacy". We are also planning even more engaging health and wellness activities in response to the wonderful feedback we received from last year’s guests. We cannot wait to share the full program with you!

Who helped shape your life?

As we celebrate National Senior Center Month, lets reflect on the older adults who have inspired us, the grandparents who believed in us, the mentors who guided us, and the loved ones who showed us what resilience, kindness, and courage look like.

We invite you to honor someone special in your life by sharing their story with us. Please add a memory, story, or photograph celebrating someone who has made a difference in your life.

Volunteer Drivers Needed! ********SHARE, SHARE, SHARE!*********

HESSCO is in urgent need of volunteer Meals on Wheels drivers in Dedham, Canton, Norwood, Walpole, Medfield, and surrounding towns.

A route takes about one hour, and you can choose what works for you:
Commit to one morning a week, Drive multiple mornings,
Or sign up as a substitute driver and help as needed.

This is such a simple but meaningful way to start your day — you’ll get to know people in your community, provide a friendly face, and help older adults receive a meal and a wellness check.

What better way to start the morning than by helping a neighbor?
