Heather Price for District 140 School Board As a mother of 3 and a professional educator, I am highly invested in the success of Sparta schools. I have 3 children in the Sparta school district.

Both my husband and I are graduates of the Sparta High School class of 2000. I attended Central School, Sparta Lincoln and Sparta High School. My husband attended Evansville Attendance Center and Sparta High School. Chloe is a freshman in high school. Ellie is in 5th grade at Evansville Attendance Center and Brigg is enjoying his kindergarten year at EAC. All three kids keep us very busy as they a

re all involved in school sports, clubs and activities. I received my Bachelor’s of Science with my LBSI in 2004 from SIUC. I earned my Masters of Special Education Degree from Mckendree University in 2009 and taught special education at Marissa High School for 12 years. I am now a Counselor at Menard Correctional Center. I’ve served as Secretary and Treasurer of Evansville Athletic Association for the past 5 years.
